• All room rates are nett in HKD & non-commissionable per room per night in this tariff.
• All room rates are inclusive of government tax and service charge.
• Automatically guaranteed 72 hours prior to guest's arrival.
• All rates shown as above are subject to change without prior notice.
• For wholesale agencies, we require a floating deposit of HKD20,000 to facilitate the credit arrangement. Our company will deduct actual service rendered from the deposit & issue the statement via fax or e-mail. When amount of floating deposit once excesses 80% consumption, immediate replenishment is required.

Payment

1. Hotel voucher will be issued for every booking. The voucher must be presented to the hotel at the time of check-in. For Passport check-in, please inform our reservation staff to make special arrangement.
2. Full payment must be either settled by company cheque or bank in to our bank account upon confirmation of booking and fax the bank receipt for our reference.

Alteration / Cancellation Charges

1. Once the hotel voucher is issued, any alteration or cancellation is subject to a handling / cancellation fee of HK$100 per room per hotel in Europe, Americas & The Middle East / HK$50 per room per hotel in Asia Pacific.
2. One night room charge will be applied to cancellation, no show or amendment of guaranteed bookings.
3. For Peak season, cancellation policy will be changed according to hotel policy.
4. For booking stating "GUARANTEE WHOLE PERIOD", full period charge for cancellation / no show / shorten stay.

Refund

1. Refunds, if applicable, are strictly based upon the presentation of customer's copy of voucher duly certified and stamped by the hotel with the name of hotel's staff and date of changed. Any refund made will be at the total discretion of the hotels / suppliers.
2. For any refund application, a handling fee of HK$100 per room for booking of hotels in Europe, Americas & The Middle East / HK$50 per room per hotel in Asia Pacific will be charged regardless to the application result. Such handling fee is charged in addition to any charge or penalty imposed by hotels / suppliers.
3. All claims & disputes for refund of any cancellation / no show & amendment must be acknowledged by our staff via e-mail or fax within 2 weeks after the checkout day, otherwise booking agent will be liable to pay for "No Show" or "Late Cancellation" room charge.
